Camp Learn A Lot S'more Making
Today we spent a lot of time getting our camp site ready (cleaning up the classroom desks and book bins):) After we had our camp prepared we designed camp t shirts and then we made s'mores for an afternoon snack. The campers were so happy to have such a yummy snack using the heat of the sun! Thank you to all the families who donated supplies for our s'mores. Tomorrow we will be doing some "fishing" indoors.
Please be sure to empty your child's backpack each day. I am trying to send home a bit at a time so that it is not too heavy.
Our classroom has been quite warm with the hot temps. I have 2 fans blowing but it is still HOT! Feel free to send your child with a water bottle (if you do not already). We are trying our best to stay hydrated!
