Chromebooks
Each Friday during our math block we participate in math games. These may be games that we have learned during our weekly lessons or other formats. I have chosen to use this block of time for the Helping Hands to get them used to logging into and navigating our Chromebooks. Today was the first successful week to get all students logged in and using the Chromebooks with success. (Well I did need to have 1 student use a classroom computer... we are almost there!) This is such a huge undertaking for the students and I am so proud. We will be using the Chromebooks throughout the year to help us with writing and research projects. Having the children comfortable navigating the Chromebook and using the plug in headphones and mouse is huge! Please take a look at our 1st grade success!
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me! Enjoy your weekend with your amazing children.
